WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll help new and existing customers understand their insurance options, identify opportunities to better protect them, provide quotes, follow up with prospective customers, and help grow our agency.

Yes, this is a sales position.

You will be expected to talk to people, build relationships, follow up, ask for the business, and close sales.

If the idea of selling makes you want to hide under your desk, this probably isn’t the position for you.

If you’re competitive, enjoy talking to people, like solving problems, and get some satisfaction out of turning a “maybe” into a “yes,” you may fit in very well here.

THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE:

A Property & Casualty insurance license is strongly preferred.

Life & Health licenses are also highly preferred, especially for candidates interested in expanding into additional insurance and financial services.

Already licensed and have insurance or sales experience? That is a BIG plus and we definitely want to talk to you.

Not fully licensed yet?

Don’t automatically count yourself out.

We are willing to help the right person obtain the necessary licensing and provide training to help them succeed.

We can teach insurance. It’s much harder to teach someone to be motivated, dependable, personable, and willing to work.
